joellyroll's info works for the Federal Way scales, but not for Ridgefield. This scale uses weight in motion and if you slow to 50MPH when crossing the pads, you increase your chance of a bypass.

To get around NB exit 137b. Go across freeway to light at Hwy 99 turn right continue to 348th st then R to end of Hwy 18 with enterance to I5 NB
