These (eb/wb) are rarely open. But usually are open during the 72 hr. ordeal. They are mainly looking for overwieght gravel haulers. An alternate route is to run a major numbered road (easily found by an overpass running over it) and head south to business 83. and turn east/west for a couple of miles.and head back up. business 83 runs parallel to 83 for miles.
