It is an old TXDOT state yard located at 287 and 380. The CMV units are there just about every day. Usually 1 or 2, but ocasionaly there will be up to 10 at a time. They just pick trucks at random from the highway and escort you to the old state yard to weigh and inspect you. They mainly focus on rock trucks and water tankers, but I have seen them with OTR trucks too.
