I drive a HD Wrecker, I could never make that turn off of Sweetwater on to 78 with a tractor trailer in tow. Alternate bypasses are. Get off of Exit 37 (Hwy 92), go right, continue straight on to 166. Follow 166 to Camp Creek Pkwy, turn right on CC Pkwy. Follow a few miles to I-285. If you're heading north on I-285 take Post Rd exit off of I-20, take a left to Hwy. 78, right on 78, this will turn in to Bankhead Hwy. and take you directly to 285 above I-20. These directions aren't as direct as the other one listed but if you are over length this both work well.
