While there is no inspection bay on the east bound side of "Banning" they have been known to require drivers to go to the next exit (Fields rd.)do a "flip" and enter the west bound side for inspection. I know, with all the rumors about these coops that sounds like an urban legend but it actually happened to a friend of mine. It's rare though.
