There is a scale on the southbound side as well. DOT will set up there occasionally. Tuesday 10/22/07 they were there, officer standing to side of scale waving trucks through. Looked like they were doing inspections as well. As the saying goes, it should be closed, but you never know....

Gig Harbor scalehouse is on highway 16, not 167.
