I got off to go around this scale and there was a cop sitting there waiting. He took off headed south on I 95 when I made the turn to follow the route. I decided NOT to get back on the freeway at the next exit- just in case he was waiting on me. I went about 10 more miles down and got on. This was around 2 am on a Friday morning.
