Manchester is not as bad as everyone says. I've been pulled in for a random on 2 occasions and they have been very nice to me on both occasions. And I haul scrap metal too. They love to pick on scrap haulers.

Although I have never experienced it first hand, Manchester's reputation for being hardnoses extend far and wide.
