Most drivers refer to this as "Winchester".This scale is open very seldom and when it is DOT usually performs inspections on every truck and when the scale is full of trucks being inspected they turn the closed sign on until the inspections are completed and then they open it again.when it is open you see a lot of out of.service trucks parked with green tags on their windows.
