This is the one that my husband is at now. They shut him down for a tail light and the thought "hey let me search his trailer". In this nonsense they proceeded to rip boxes open and search boxes. First and for most can we say racial profiling. Seems to me that new mexico better get a Handel on there guys here. My husband is recording everything that is going on to cover his own ***. But rest assure that this will not go unknown to new mexico state officials and neither will the guy who seems to have a rod up his *** to search over a freakin tail light.

if you have to buy a permit on site, you are better off paying by cash, credit card adds another 5 bucks to the total, i guess processing fee.... stupid

If you have to buy a permit here, much you weigh lie 10-15k less than actual, and you'll get out paying less. they don't usually note your weight when crossing.

The business route is a easy way around this coop, but they will pull over all Rigs on the Bus. loop during the day if they see you, and write you for it. Night is alot better for this loop.

I got a level 1 (paperwork only) inspection in the middle of the night here. Surprised the heck out of me! I passed.
