Why does the weigh station on Rte 2 not honor the pre pass system? I go through there sveral times a month, day and night, loaded and empty, and never, ever get a green light for pass. I and every other driver that I talk to always get a red light to go scale, even when empty. I'm sure the pre pass system must have cost a lot of money to install, why let it go to waste?
