Parking: There is a rest area at mile marker 256 west of the Lakeland weigh station. There is a TA Travel Center at exit 4 in Wisonsin east of the truck scale.
Information
This weigh station has a sign before the exit ramp that says the weigh station is open when the lights on the sign are flashing.

There are a couple of ways, none of them really fast.
Coming up I94, get off at exit 88 (US10 west) and follow 10 into MN, it hooks up with US61 and then I494. You also duck the coop in WI by exit 52...
You can take US53 north to either WI road 64 west, or US8 west and follow those in to MI.
You're either way going to add a lot of time to your tip.

No, you can't get around by goin North on 95, there are camara's at the bottom of the exit ramp. They don't clost very often either! Run legal & you won't have anything to worry about!!

I studied this scale more after I got a hefty ticket there.
the scale is a not far from the St Croix bridge on the MN side
You probably could get around it by heading up 95 north to stillwater then taking hwy 36 to 694.
When I was getting my ticket I noticed the hwy patrol guy was gone and one truck got by scott free ..Im pretty sure its closed after midnight though..
