my brother called me after a ticket at I-83 south weigh station (south of PA line) and he was directed to a park-and-ride 8 miles south at exit 27 to stay put (under threat of video surveillance not to move the truck after arrival). 39k lbs front axle, 29k rear, overweight on front by 5280lbs, $268 ticket, his dispatcher is pressured him to drive on and give them the ticket to pay. Curious if they really watch and go after him if he moves without offloading. Can't offload and abandon in that parking lot most likely.
