MOVING-VIOLATION

THIS SCALE WON CUT ANY SLACK! I HAVE AN APU THAT WEIGHS 1100 LBS AND THEY WOULDNT ALLOW THE FEDERAL EXEMPTION OF 400 LBS. INSTEAD , THEY ISSUED A VIOLATION WHICH I HAD TO PAY.
