Parking: There are two historical markers east of the Hagerman weigh station. The historical marker on the east bound side of the road is 2.6 miles east of the truck scale- Thousand Springs and Salmon Falls. The historical marker on the west bound side of the road is 5 miles east of the weigh station- Fishing Falls and Payne's Ferry.
West of the Hagerman truck scale, there is a closed-down truck stop in Bliss (near the junction of route 30 and I 84).
Information
The signs for "Weigh Station" have been removed from this rest area. It is no longer marked as a weigh station but it does have a flat, cement section that would be used for portables.
