MOST OF THE TIME IT HAS BEEN.
I HAVE NOT DRIVEN PAST IN A WHILE BUT, I THINK IT IS STILL CLOSED DUE TO THE HEAVY TRUCK TRAFFIC AT THE RAYONIER PLANT. THEY LEAVE THE TRUCKERS ALONE
