Hello everyone,
I am new to the forums, but have 13+ years driving under my belt. I live in KY, and have all my life. This is a good place to know about, I wished I had found it earlier.
Maybe I can be of some help somewhere on this forum.

You need to get a laptop and a broadband card. You won't believe how much better it is out here on the road when you've got 'em.

Well, I might get one when I return to work I won't be driving all over. I am returning to work for a company that removes rail for the railroad. I will be operating a 42' truck with a crane on it.
I could get one for the hotel though, hey thanks I did not even think about the hotel part..LOL!

If you'll be staying in motels/hotels you won't need a broadband card, most newer laptops have built in WiFi capability and most motels/hotels have free WiFi so you could get on line for free.

For some reason I'm thinking of the movie WOLFEN which was shot in part (or in Full) in California near Big Sur (?).
