Premium Content???

I have signed up for Premium Content (used to have it, somehow it got cancelled) through PayPal. The amount of $4.99 was deducted from my bank account Oct. 9 TWICE and yet I'm still not receiving the content. I have done all the suggestions in your automated response re: FAQ. What gives? And why was my account deducted twice?

Edited to add: my account was NOT cancelled. I just checked my PayPal account and I have been paying this site non-stop, yet I haven't been able to access premium contents. Help!

Thank you for the reply. After about a week of PM's and emails, I was finally helped. Seemed like my account got lost somewhere in the new format shuffle. I was paying and should have been receiving the content all along. It is now fixed.

I don't usually visit forums, seems there is too much negativity, backbiting, blaming, trolling, etc. for me to enjoy them. I use this site because I sometimes need to get a hold of weigh stations because I do heavyhaul and need a phone number. For that purpose alone, I like this site. Plus it DOES give good information elsewhere.
