Well, he was driving his personal vehicle, but he will still probably be looking for a job. A poor judgement call on his part, lose one of the best job in trucking because of booze.

Like the billboards say "Buzzed Driving is Drunk Driving"! He sure picked the wrong time not to mention the wrong person to hit.

UPS Policy dictates NO D.U.I./D.W.I. regardless of age of offence.
Regardless of his .071 B.A. limit, he can still be charged with the offence and LOSE his great gig.
He did hit the correct persons' vehicle to warrant excessive aggravation regardless of his ability to secure a attorney.

There are MANY clean and sober Drivers waiting to step into his place.
