Another route around this scale is to take exit 234 and go on hwys 7 N 62 E. You will make a quick left onto 7 north past the flying J. Take 7 North to 82 west. Hwy 5 west will join 82. Stay on Hwy 5 to ohio turnpike. Seems like a lot but it's not that far out of the way and may save you a couple bucks on toll.
