This scale does not use prepass.

Another way to bypass this scale is to take exit 60 and go south on us 6/71. When you get to where the routes split stay on us 6 west and it will take you back to I 80 at exit 8 in Council Bluffs.

They parked me ON THE SCALE and told me over the loud speaker to set my brakes, come inside, and bring my logbook. My logbook was up to date, but it seemed awfully pushy to do it with me on the scale platform- they didn't even pull me around back.
