I drive by that scalehouse a lot. For quite some time the ramp has been barricaded and there has been no electricity going to their sign.
In your photo of the Weigh Station it shows a dish antenna. That antenna is not there anymore and neither is the big tower they used to have for another antenna. I hear they are going to take it out eventually but I really can't say for sure about that.
