This isnt scale related.. but just to let readers know California HP has put in service a few new "Plain White Wrappers" on I-15, between I-10 Ontario Ca area, and on north to Barstow Ca. I run this area alot, and have never seen these guys before. They like to hide around the overpasses and the get-on ramps. They are alittle hard to spot ... especially if your used to the "BLACK+WHITES".
