these guys are slick on 14 northbound they are there only in the mornings during the week

This is Canyon Country btw, Acton is 20 miles to the north.

It does open, once in awhile. It's usually open it on weekends and mornings

since they have did the road improvements on the 14. the acton scales have been closed and this is going on 5 years now.
